The exciting day of leaving for Verviers, Belgium is 26 days away! A group of about 30 students and faculty will be leaving from Memphis and Nashville on February 14 to fly to Belgium. When we arrive in Belgium, we will be living above a church in Verviers. It will be a wonderful time to visit with the church members and enjoy fellowship with other Christians. It is such an encouragement to know even though we are thousands of miles from home, we are still close to our brothers and sisters in Christ who live all over the world.
During our three months in Europe, we will be studying and taking classes. Our class days total up to 22. All the other days we will be traveling, traveling, traveling!!! We have group travels (trips where we travel together as a group) planned for Greece, Paris, Italy, and Germany. Then there is three weeks of free travel! That is a very different story! A small group of students and I will be traveling all over Europe, going wherever we please! Can you imagine??? What an adventure!!
